- Strong Western U.S. apartment metro areas/ Target markets:
Preferred – Southern California Los Angeles, Ventura, Orange, San Diego counties, Santa Clarita and Inland Empire.
Other – Seattle, Phoenix, Portland, Denver, Las Vegas, Northern California, Bay Area
