Steve Feder

President

Steven Feder is the President and Managing Partner of Triumph Properties Group, a real estate investment, development and management company. Triumph’s portfolio includes 1,850 apartment units, commercial and development sites valued in excess of $500 Million, located in Southern California, Arizona, New York, Colorado and Virginia.

Steven is a managing partner of Savoy Holdings I, LLC, an investment fund which is focused on investments in private equity, technology, alternatives and triple net transactions.

Prior to joining Triumph, Steven was a real estate attorney at Greenberg, Glusker, Fields, Claman & Machtinger. Steven was involved in the representation of developers, lenders, and corporations in a variety of real estate transactions including purchase and sale of fee and leasehold interests, loan workouts, real estate financings and development. Steven previously worked at JP Morgan, where he was involved with the analysis of internal accounting systems.

Steven holds a Juris Doctor degree and Masters of Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles (Anderson School of Management) and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

 

Donald Feder

Managing Partner

Donald Feder is a Managing Partner of Triumph Properties Group, a real estate investment, development and management company. Triumph’s portfolio includes 1,850 apartment units, commercial and development sites valued in excess of $500 Million, located in Southern California, Arizona, New York, Colorado and Virginia.

Donald is President and Managing Partner of Savoy Holdings I, LLC, an investment fund which is focused on Investments in private equity, technology, alternatives and triple net transactions.

Prior to joining Triumph, Donald was an attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom in their corporate and real estate departments. He worked on mergers and acquisition, purchases and sales and corporate and real estate financings.

Donald has a Juris Doctor degree and Masters of Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles (Anderson School of Management) and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of California, Los Angeles.

 

David Page, CPM

Vice President - Operations

David Page is the Vice President of Operations for Triumph Properties Group. Since joining Triumph over fifteen years ago, David has been instrumental in leading the property and asset management divisions of Triumph. This has included the development and implementation of strategies which have maximized the performance and value of Triumph’s portfolio. David, together with the Triumph management team, is responsible for annual budgeting, review of monthly financial statements, marketing, market rents policies, supervision of new construction and renovation, and contract negotiations.

Prior to David joining Triumph, he held a variety of supervisory roles at Lincoln Property Group, HSC Real Estate and Magellan Group, national and regional management companies.

David is a Certified Property Manager, a Quadel certified housing professional and holds a California Real Estate License.

Will Roos

Director of Acquisitions

Will Roos is the Director of Acquisitions for Triumph Properties Group. He is responsible for sourcing multi-family investment opportunities in markets throughout the Western United States (Seattle, Portland, Denver, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Dallas, LA County, Orange County, Ventura County and San Diego County).

Will’s prior experience includes senior acquisition roles with Pacific Urban Residential and Prometheus Real Estate Group. Will has acquired several hundred million dollars of value-add multi-family investments in multiple west coast markets. Will has served in several capacities throughout the investment process including acquisition sourcing, due diligence, financing and market analysis.

Will is a graduate of the University of Southern California and holds a California Real Estate Broker’s License.

 

Michael Silberman

Director of Acquisitions

Michael Silberman is the Director of Acquisitions for Triumph Properties Group. He is responsible for sourcing multi-family investment opportunities in markets throughout the United States (San Francisco Bay area, Sacramento, Reno, Dallas, Houston, Austin, San Gabriel Valley, the Inland Empire and the Southwestern and Midwestern markets).

Michael brings 10 years of multifamily acquisitions experience to the team, having closed over $1 Billion in deals throughout his career. Most recently, he was Acquisitions Director at Olympus Property, where he led the acquisitions team on all transactions across southern United States. Michael joins an experienced team at Triumph as it expands its portfolio into new markets around the country.

 
 

Rollie Astorga

Controller

Rollie Astorga is the Controller for Triumph Properties Group. For the past two decades, Rollie has been in charge of all accounting, tax analysis and financial controls at Triumph.

Prior to joining Triumph in 1993, Rollie was the controller at Emser International, a real estate investment and retail company. He was responsible for all accounting activities, information systems and employee training. Previously, Rollie was an accountant for Far East Bank, a full service commercial bank.

Rollie graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines. Rollie has been a certified accountant for over 25 years .

 
 

Ramey Arnold

Transaction Manager and Director of Administration

Ramey Arnold is the Transaction Manager and Director of Administration for Triumph Properties Group. As Transaction Manager, she coordinates the processing of all acquisitions and dispositions including escrow, title, financing documentation, and finalization of all contracts. As Director of Administration, she works directly with the executive team in implementing directives regarding organizational planning, human resources, and administrative staffing.

Ramey has eighteen years of experience in the administrative, management and deal areas having previously worked for Maguire Properties Group, Commonwealth Partners, Gensler and Hager Pacific.
